Computer-aided maintenance services further support the client installation, together with preventive maintenance and after-sales service by specific agreement. Spare parts deliveries go on time via express mail.

ITW Mima Service is a new organisation bringing technicians, engineers and other staff together. All have long experince acquired working for Thimon, Haloila and Mima Films, and their combined know- how means expert innovation and service for our customers.
Their job is to audit, manage and follow up on the operation of new stretch-film packaging equipment installed at the customer's production site. For customers who need to modernise older equipment, we first audit the current system and then make upgrade recommendations employing leading-edge packaging technologies.
Modern spare parts management systems teamed with effective logistics ensure delivery of the level of service our demandind users have come to expect.
